i dont think booking.com needs to advertise such a property with a useless host an the reason i am saying this is becuase actually due to my wife in an out of operation i arrived at the property on the 10th of september when actually i booked for the 09th of september so i missed the dates neverthereless i am sure that when the host realiazed come 20hoo or 22hoo on the 09th september that i did not check in it was just a call away for her to ask have you arrived are you coming ..due to know that you are booked at the above place on the 09th ..nothing of that ...then when i arrived ont the 10th after the discharge of my wife at the hospital i was told by security who was very helpful that the accomodation is for another person hence i was suppose to arrive on the 09th...i find it therefore mismanagement ..no focus on the property on no hands approach from the hose Elina or her associates hence when i called her from the property she did not even know that there was a booking for me....neverthereless it was not just loosing the money for that day of the 09th but my interest in staying or supporting the property ..i then went onto booking.com site an booked Luxury Maine Apartment an you know what it was not just accomodation from the arrival to the apartment itself excellent is not even a word to describe the lady that allocated me the room on arrival but super excellent and the apartment thanks to you booking.com

Nothing. This property is horrible.

The cupboards in both bedrooms are damaged. There are cockroaches everywhere... in the bathroom, kitchen, and even the bedrooms. The gate remote doesn’t work, and the fridge’s water dispenser is broken. The place looks nothing like the pictures; it’s worn and run-down. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The experience was horrible. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

It looks exactly like the pictures, it was amazing, neat, clean and so homely ♥️🔥🔥
