Villa Floresta Taormina

The location was an interesting one on the square... and the rooms were good value.

The location was good, but Taormina is a complicated city for cars. There are narrow streets and most hotels and guest houses are inaccessible for parking or driving directly to the facility. The large parking lots are necessary but it is a little confusing. My room did not have an ensuite bathroom and I had to walk through the reception and down a hallway to get to the bathroom. Mine was the only room without ensuite. Make sure you have a room with bath. Also, there are a number of steep stairs, so be sure you can carry your suitcase to the room.

Perfect location Enjoyed the roof terrace and having the doors in the room open and looking out over the square and the church and to the sea. Value for money

Everything was fine

The location is perfect. The best it could be for me. Very clean. Comfortable room. Nice view from the rooftop.

There is no elevator and it was difficult because of the luggages. The breakfast wasn’t good, just cakes (snacks), no breads or coffee in machines. The staff was in a hurry to welcome us, no patience at all. Probably because we arrived at night but still before 8pm.

It was quite loud, as sound seemed to travel right through the door from anyone in the hallway.
