"Worse than awful this place holds a new lower than low category with no where to even wash"

I filthy dirty toilet was awful and bathroom had t been cleaned impossible to use wash hand basin and the shower did not work worst place I have ever stayed and I have for the first time ever submitted a claim demanding a refund it was a disgrace
