Mimosa Urban Habitation

We liked everything and the property was a part of making our Cretan holidays perfect. We didn’t expect to be as happy with it as we are - location turned out to be great, away from the extra noisy and busy old town but still a comfortable walking distance, we found our favourite cafe/bakery that we visited every morning nearby, as well as a local market with fresh veggies and fruit. Parking space was never a problem along the street the accommodation is located at. Calm local neighbourhood that felt safe. Facilities wise - we had a fully equipped kitchen, available washing machine which turned out to be very much needed, tv with international channels (Euro 2024 matches!) and cleaning was available at request. A/C worked well and the check in process was easy. Communication with the owner was great and they always responded very quickly and tried to help. Little space in the front is available which we used for our dinners of cheese and wine. Overall we are very happy and we wish this property all the best!

A modern property with attention to every little detail. Fully equipped with everything you might need and great location in relation to Chania’s city center. Stayed for a week with my family and absolutely enjoyed. We all agree that this was the best property we have ever booked for vacations!!!

I can’t think of anything negative

It’s a beautiful, modern, spacious accommodation. Immaculately clean, great location and the owners and management team were really friendly and helpful.

Very nice flat - good communication with host/agent - nice outdoor patio - quiet street - well equipped kitchen - fairly close to bus station, town and approx. 30 min. walk to good beach

The apartment is perfectly located and has all necessary amenities. Besides being decorated in extraordinarily great taste, it was also cleaned once during our stay. The apartment was spacious and silent during day and night and I find it perfect to relax.

The only drawback worth mentioning is a buzzing sounds which could be heard at night, probably from a boiler, which could be stopped only by disconnecting all electricty. Also, the apartment does not have a parking space but there is parking available on the same street.
