"Exceptional peaceful location. Comfortable clean villa. Proper pool"

The location is fantastic. Away from the hustle of town even though Kas itself isn't as busy as Kalkan. The beach is nearby. It is owned by a local hotel (Aquarius) and they charge 500 lira per deck chair but it's worth it. The food served at Aquarius is very nice indeed. The property manager was constantly in touch and collecting keys was no problem.

Slightly darker curtains in the bedrooms would have been very helpful. Bright sunlight filtering in to the room at 6am on holiday can be painful !

What I loved most about the villa at the sea was its stunning views and close beach access. The villa's spacious interiors made for a quite like a home feeling stay, while the private pool offered a perfect place to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. Additionally, the attentive and friendly staff enhanced the overall experience, making it truly memorable.
