Great location, the check in details were very clear and I appreciated the travel advice.

They provided a beautiful video which made it so easy to follow and find. We arrived unexpectedly late so this was an extra nice feature. Andrea was very responsive, welcoming us on whatsapp. The place had nice air conditioning (necessary during summer) and a very comfortable bed. The plug-ins for charging our phones and laptop were easy to use. It was quiet despite being on the main street. So convenient to everything! Very kind and flexible and great at communicating. Highly recommended!

Location and ease to access.

Guests are locked behind 2 doors that only open from the inside with a key for both doors. Should have a turn lock to open from the inside. This is a HUGE risk in case of the need to exit in an emergency. Only 1 hard, flat pillow per guest. No daily maid service or clean towels unless you ask for new towels. NO TV and loud portable air conditioning unit. Need to take fast showers as small hot water tank runs out in about 5-7 minutes. Need to check-out early at 10:00 a.m. NO fresh air from outside as there's a fish fry restaurant downstairs. BEWARE! After checking out the owner might try to scam you into paying for fake damage and threaten you with reports to the Police and blocking your passport upon trying to leave Italy. This is a TOTAL SCAM and if she was there to inspect the room and take the keys upon checkout, this wouldn't be an issue. But she insists on using a lockbox, contrary to Italian Government rules. This also means she does not personally validate who your fellow guests are and whether they actually match their passports. AVOID this property and rebook elsewhere if you can!!

The location was pretty good.

The description of the room and facilities did not match what was actually there. The constant smell from the restaurant below was overbearing so it made it hard to open the windows to get fresh air. There are no cupboards that we could use and the room was tiny and not very comfortable. The noise from people partying until 1am was annoying.

It was well located in the center of town. We appreciated its cleanliness.

The room was tiny and virtually taken up entirely by a full size (not king) bed. The space was too cramped and awkward for 2 people to circulate. Storage was inadequate as all the cupboards were locked and labeled STAFF ONLY. No shampoo/conditioner available.

Perfect location just above the main street in Vernazza with a peak view to the harbor. Remarkably quiet with the windows closed despite the tourist traffic. Had refrigerator, coffee maker, teapot, jam, crackers, even a panini heater which came in handy! Andrea, the owner, was gracious and very responsive to our questions.
