Owner is so helpful and polite. Neat rooms. Awsum stay.

This property is freshly inaugurated and rooms are super clean, cozy and very beautiful. The bed was huge, AC was brand new hence super chilling, the ambiance of their rooms is based on flower themes. We got "rose" and my wife loved it. Cute interiors. Also, Shyam (property admin) and Rakesh (property owner) helped us get early morning breakfast the next day as we had to leave early to catch our flight from Kochi. Also, the property is at walking distance from the Black sand beach (which was the best beach we found in Varkala). I recommend this property.

One of the cleanest properties i have stayed in India. Cozy little homestay in very close proximity to north cliff. Homely breakfast served and welcoming host. Looking forward to visit again.

There was water I guess.

Constant power cuts. Host knocking at our doors constantly. Trying to blame us for their shoddy wiring. Sat sweating in bed for hours. Host didn't bother answering calls until the next day. We had to almost beg to be moved to another room, which had mouldy cupboards. Luckily I had allergy meds. Local goons hanging around near the property on the side alleys which we unfortunately came through. Makes it unsafe for women. Breakfast was basic and barely palatable. Was asked to give a rating and so I did. Overall not worth the stay in my opinion
