Emerald nest Eastbourne

We are pleasantly surprised how the room was immaculately presented and everything was brand new. The little sofa bed was a great touch as we could use it jai to chill but we can see how useful it would be for a couple with a child or even a third adult.

We did not stay longer to enjoy this room!

So glad I booked this space for our family trip - it’s only 15 min walk away from the beach, and quite easy to get to town. The space was very homely, with a spacious room and an additional sofa bed. The space had everything we needed - Roku TV, toaster, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, clean linen and towels, parking space. The shared kitchen and lounge were also very comfortable and clean. Shiv was a wonderful host - he kept in touch to ensure our check-in and stay was comfortable. He even provided us a list of recommendations on places to check-out/eat in Eastbourne.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Emerald Nest for a work trip, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into my spacious room, I felt right at home. The cleanliness and homely atmosphere were truly remarkable, providing the perfect environment for relaxation after a long day. One of the highlights for me was the convenience of the free public parking, which made my stay even more stress-free. And let's not forget about the shared kitchen and lounge area – what a gem! It was such a joy to unwind in such a beautiful and clean space, equipped with everything I needed, from a toaster, microwave to a kettle, ensuring my mornings started off on the right foot. The Roku TV with its array of free channels was a pleasant surprise. It ensured that there was never a dull moment during my downtime. I appreciate the convenience of the location, just a short stroll to the beachfront and train station. Emerald Nest went above and beyond my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. It truly was a charming experience from start to finish!
