Clean and tidy, worked very well for our small golfing group

Everything worked very well. It took us a little while to figure out to plan the water heater but after that all good

The property was very homely, everything worked well and the living room, the sofa and the open fire made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

I can’t think of anything important to be honest. I thought the property was of a good standard throughout .

The beds and the duvets are amazing. Loved the layout and the decor, very nicely done out. Short walking distance but nice a quiet (well apart from the wind lol!)

Bit of a shame small things like washing up liquid, cooking oil etc weren't supplied.

Fan house in brilliant location. Very clean and comfortable beds!

The flexibility and communication with hosts and overall cleanliness and style of home was amazing! The backyard picnic table and clothesline were also great!

We ran out of TP and 2 dish towels wasn’t sufficient for a family of 6 for 2 nights (more cloth or paper towels would have been nice).

We stayed at 1 Carrigeanna for five nights in July 2025. One of our group of five adults completed the Hardman Waterville Triathalon. The location was perfect for the event, just a few minutes from Waterville Beach. For the rest of the time we enjoyed walking, sightseeing, sea swimming and great local food. The house location was ideal, just ten minutes walk from the village and a well stocked Centra. There is lots of space indoors to relax if it rains and the garden has seating for the sunshine. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The owner and local caretaker were very communicative and helpful. We would highly recommend the house for a stay in beautiful Waterville.
