USWanted an efficiency unit so we could eat in for breakfast and a place to sit to relax & watch TV; Avoiding properties where the only place to sit down is the bed.
The HVAC unit was so close to the bed frame with a sharp corner that we had to place a pillow there to create a safety buffer not to hit it with our legs. Suggestion: place a smaller night stand next to the screen side of the bed so the bed can be moved over another 6". The short screen between the bed & couch could have been longer.
