CNBed was comfy. Tv was good. Toilet was sealed with a paper stripe so to see it was cleaned and never used by others.
Fridge was too noisy. Too many stairs - it was difficult for carrying a stroller and a baby.
CZOur stay here was amazing. Instructions on how to reach the apartment were clear and easy to follow, the city of Pistoia was calm, cozy and not overcrowded. The apartment looked great, especially the bathroom. There was working AC and also small bialetti coffee maker with few capsules of coffee for us. Bed was incredibly comfortable. It was probably one of the best places ive ever stayed in (regarding this money range).
ITA lovely stay.Our Room was perfectly cleaned. Our host, Valentina was so kind and helpful during our stay. She assisted us on several occasions and truly helped make our stay perfect. Valentina responded immediately to our requests. We enjoyed the large fluffy comforter and pillows! Tea and coffee in our room, and a wonderful lounge area just outside our private room and bath. Great Shower too! We greatly appreciated all the Comfort and Excellent service. Thank you so much Valentina!

ALRoom was cozy and super clean. Everything felt brand new, including the bed, the linen, hairdryer etc. Located in a very cute neighborhood. You can really get a feel for the italian lifestyle here.
It takes about 40 minutes to reach Florence city center by train.
