Very friendly hosts, extremely accommodating. I arrived late with 2 extra visitors and they were happy to accommodate us all. Hosts turned the Christmas lights on for my daughter on arrival.

Beautiful space, great spa

Very warm, very cluttered on the drive so wasn't sure we were in the right place and didn't know which door to approach round all the vehicles

Very good location with no noise. handy to shopping, restaurants etc, Loved the bathroom design!

The weather - absolutely atrocious, but that wasnt the fault of the Observation suite.

The location was incredibly convenient, situated in an excellent spot that made it easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. It was such a beautiful and cozy place, meticulously clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the bed – it was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The bathroom was large and spotless, adding to the overall sense of cleanliness and care. The whole place was simply awesome, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
