The location is absolutely perfect – everything you need is within walking distance, so there’s really no need for a car. It’s close to the city center, yet tucked away just enough to be peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. It comfortably accommodated our family of four. All the rooms were neat and cozy, providing a real sense of home. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Parking in front of the building is available if you’re lucky to find a spot, but the apartment also comes with a dedicated parking space just 2 minutes away, which was super convenient. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Novi Sad. Five stars!

Bedding was very stinky and mouldy.

Place has awesome localisation, it's just a couple of meters from a city centre. The flat is spacious, and price is amazing. But mostly - manager was super helpful in various situations, like checking in or getting white cards.

The building itself is a little bit worn down, so was some of the equipment in the apartment (like showerhead holder that won't hold anything) or kitchen vent that wasn't hoked up to anything. But I guess the worst part was frequent appearance of bugs / cockroaches in the bathroom. Also - the lift is very tiny and it stopped working for couple of days. It's nobody's fault, but it's good to be aware, that such things might happen

It is well located and spatious, the beds are great and cleanliness is as it should be. Great value for money
