The hotel was so lovely. The views amazing and the room very big and comfortable. From the moment We arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience made the stay truly enjoyable. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great scenery, and a pleasant place to unwind.
Communication between departments in the hotel seemed a bit poor. It took ages to get clear information regarding massage or spa treatments. We also had a misunderstanding related to changes in our booking. Although it was resolved in the end, it required quite a bit of back-and-forth messaging. That said, the reception staff were very helpful and really tried their best to assist us and resolve the situation.

Los jardines
Que la piscina no es climatizada, realmente no es para meterse en ella. Y que el segundo nivel tenia unos tubos metálicos como por seguridad y muy temprano en el día tenia a trabajadores afuera de la habitación.

Nice atmosphere, excellent volcano views (both de Fuego and de Agua), very nice room with a fireplace I really enjoyed
Food! Breakfast is dismal! It’s a la carte menu, and what you get is an absolute disaster - so little food and the taste is not for human consumption. They don’t even have a fresh fruits. For a hotel that is long way from everything, they should not be this stingy 😂 It’s $200 per night!
