Merry and Martin are very good host. Merry took me to her friend's Sarawak laksa place and ordered me a special laksa with extra prawns. The place is very safe and have a lot places to eat nearby. It is walking distance to water front.

Wifi can be a little faster.

Clean place. The water in the shared shower can be a little slow. But good thing when I was there, there were not a lot of people. So it is ok. Decent size bedroom with window. Good value for money.
