"Bad experience"

Nothing

Reception staff was rude and confused and just trying to avoide any kind of help, I asked for the window room one week prior they said we will provide then on the day of check in they said we are sold out, they said we will provide next day , next day they said we don't have any room vacant and they were avoiding any conversation, and we saw the half of the hotel rooms were vacant, still they didn't give, you call room service they won't come, you have to call them atleast 3 times, even the RO water was chargeable after 2 bottles per day.
