Spacious 3BR Condo in Residensi Suasana Damai

The entrance to premise was very secure must using QR code which provides by the owner but have to tolerate at certain point.

De Owner unfriendly. The way replying messages have to improve. Same message with different approaches. It's a rainy days suppose to allow the customer waiting at the lobby before check-in time.

The view and the bedroom

There's place that is not completely clean for example the bathroom. Not everything is clean

The house very clean. The enviro ment very quiet and calm. We enjoy our stay here. We may return if have any plan area PJ

完全沒有，非常爛！

1） 我訂的單位等我抵達時，業主說房間不能用，讓我們等了一個小時。然後通知我轉移去另一個單位，等抵達另一個單位時、沒有明確的標記在哪裡上樓，我們又花了半個小時找到房間。 2）等我們成功進入房間後，房間很髒，還有用過的毛巾掛在門上。更誇張的是床上跟沙發都是蟑螂，我們整晚不能睡！如此爛的管理、是我入住那麼多以來最差勁的。 我已經舉報給衛生部！嚴重影響我們的休息。
