Belvedere Sant'Ambrogio

The property had all the amenities you needed inside and even outside you’re a few steps away from a bar for a brioche and a granite in the morning and a nice meal with a view for dinner. The host was very kind and welcoming, and our highlight was their dog Limone. It is approximately 10 minutes away from Cefalu which is a good base to be if you have a car, otherwise their bus which runs almost everyday was very convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a laid back, relaxing stay.

It is on the main street so expect it to be a bit loud, this didn’t bother us at all as there was a tv in the room that we used quiete a bit and it was a very comfortable bed to sleep in so we had a good nights sleep for the 3 nights we had at Belvedere. It was also peak busy time so it as we expected! The wifi was also in and out, but again, did not affect our stay at all.

The hosts were super helpful and friendly and made us very welcome. The view from the balcony was amazing. Sant'Abrogio was a great base to explore Cefalu and the surrounding countryside.

Some evenings were a little noisy with people chatting outside the bar below but never too late. The two restaurants in town promised much but we're a little dissappointing. Service was slow and food average. The pizza from the square was good and the bar below was a good place for a cold drink after a day exploring.
