Die Lage und die Aussicht der Wohnung sind gut.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, welcher nicht telefonieren will, fand ich schlecht. WLan funktionierte nicht, somit auch kein TV und keine Musik. Unternommen deswegen vom Vermieter wurde nichts !!! Wo parkieren wurde mir nie beantwortet und ist an einer steilen Strasse! Es sind viele Treppen bis in den 5-ten Stock hoch ! In der Wohnung fanden wir kein Besteck und mussten improvisieren. Ohne Klima sehr heiss in der Wohnung. Wir kommen bestimmt nie wieder !

"The directions were atrocious, communication with Daniele appalling, the booking on the site wrong"

Nothing

I got an email from Daniele di Marzo at 09.18 on 13th September saying: 'I'll be waiting for you.' He wasn't. Alo on 13th September I emailed at 10.43 asking whether the apartment was easy to find. Daniele then, at 18.02, asked me to put the location I find on the booking which is Via Lugano 9, Luino in yet the building on via Lugano is derelict and has no access. Access is in a completely different street. The booking makes no reference to the apartment being up four floors. We are both in our mid-sixties. The WORST VALUE FOR MONEY. From arriving on via Lugano it took over 45 minutes to get access to an overpriced apartment.
