Romantic Private Villas Kuta Bali

Great place to stay. Staff cannot do enough for you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this villa. The place was extremely old and poorly maintained , nothing like the photos online. The surrounding area felt unsafe and uncomfortable, especially at night. The bathroom was dirty, and overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. To make things worse, I found a lizard on the bed, which was extremely disturbing. When I contacted the staff about it, they didn’t take the issue seriously and completely ignored my complaint. The bed was also very uncomfortable, and I couldn’t sleep well. On top of that, the outdoor area near the pool was filthy, which made it hard to enjoy any part of the stay. I asked for a refund because I wasn’t comfortable staying there, but they refused. I had no choice but to leave the villa the very next day, even though I had booked for longer. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Pool und Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Villa ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es müßte grundlegende renoviert werden. Insekten wie Ameisen und Moskitos waren kaum zu kontrollieren.

Villa super jolie, service top, équipe hyper serviable, proche de toutes commodités! Le resto et petit dej hyper bon! Je recommande +++++++
