la possibilità di avere il parcheggio però decisamente scomodo per le manovre

L'annuncio non è veritiero: trattasi di un monolocale (non appartamento con una camera) e il microonde, indicato come dotazione, non c'era. Pittura dei muri che si scrostava in vari punti, scarico water che si inceppava più che quotidianamente, scaldabagno con acqua calda appena sufficiente per la doccia di una persona, scarico lavandino parzialmente otturato, frigorifero rumoroso collocato nella stessa stanza del divano-letto, cucinetta minima ricavata nel ristretto antibagno, serrature di entrata difettose, un odore sgradevole presente anche se noi arieggiavamo.

Ottima la posizione e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha permesso inoltre di fare il check out posticipato. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort per il soggiorno. Lo consigliamo per un soggiorno a Tempio!
