Non ci siamo trovati male, abbiamo scelto l’appartamento per la posizione che è ottima.

Purtroppo non c’è una zona per carico/scarico e l’appartamento non ha l’ascensore: sono aspetti non trascurabili da evidenziare e da considerare rispetto all’importo richiesto. Al nostro arrivo c’era roba da mangiare in frigorifero (burro, gnocchi freschi, patatine), la ribaltina della cappa era rimossa, la mensola superiore del mobile televisione rotta. Infine, personalmente non condivido la pratica del self check-in e l’invio di documenti tramite un social network: nelle condizioni su Booking non era indicato. Ah, dimenticavo, le reti dei letti singoli e tutti i materassi sono pessimi, non all’altezza del prezzo pagato.

Clean great location pleasant apartment

Noise from a nearby nightclub and the rooms were very hot at night

The location was great, several restaurants very close. Not far from the train station. The apartment itself was lovely.

A bit warm when we arrived but it finally cooled off in the late evening.

Everything! The stairs could be daunting for some, but I could live there!

It is not a negative thing, but for people with lesser movability stairs could be challenge without a lift

Great location, close to centre. 4th floor without an elevator, great for light travellers, would be tough with big suitcases. Very spacious, well-equipped, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, spacious kitchen and dining table, even a small balcony. Pietro was very helpful host. Great value for money.

Beds could be of better quality.
