Less amenities.

The staff are definitely the highlight of this property. If it hadn’t been for them I would have checked out. I stayed because they were honest about the struggles they were having and I wanted my business to support them. I did give them a lot of advice on what they needed to do to attract and keep business.

Facilities weren’t as advertised. The wifi didn’t work at all. I was told that it had been offline for 5 days, but because it was Holi, a technician couldn’t get out to fix it in the timeframe of my stay. There was no breakfast. Negotiations over internet and breakfast unavailability were agreed and deducted off my daily room rate. The water boiler was temperamental and for the majority of my stay there was no hot water. The owners/managers know that there are currently failings with regard to amenities, but their genuine hospitality overcomes these shortcomings. If they work hard to fix these, I would definitely stay again. The young guy who works so hard to keep customers happy is a genuine asset to this property and he should be very highly valued.
