Cockroaches, sheets were smelling, cutlery is crappy and the kitchen is falling apart

The apartment was clean Extra blanket was available Cool place to stay.

There was no hot water in the shower. No cold water in the bathtub Wifi was responding slow

Bed was extremely comfortable; Host was accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Unit needs a major deep clean, dishes were chipped, there were limited kitchen items, sewage smell came through bathroom windows, bath had dirty water coming out.

Honestly, what a disappointment. Walking into the apartment a bad smell hit us, so we immediately opened the main door and the balcony door to get some air flow. The place is dirty. For example, in the main bedroom on the nightstand, there were grape stems from a previous guest and a dead fly. The place is noisy despite having received a whatsup before arrival stating there is a strict no noise policy. The wifi buffers and you can't use it at all. The place also needs maintenance for example, the shower door is broken so they put a shower curtain over broken door. The shower also keeps dripping so the bath mat on the floor is very wet. They have some sort of electrical socket near the kitchen counter that is not covered and that balcony door I mentioned earlier can't lock so we didn't really feel safe. Just to name a few. It's really a pity because it is such a great location.

A lot of things needed attention from a maintenance point of view. Not interested in saying more.

Toilet did not flush properly. Window latches are faulty. You should not have persisted for a review. Overall lousy experience
