"Great apartment and location."

Great communication from the host Anne. Apartment was very comfortable, sparkling clean and well furnished. Lots of thoughtful small touches - tea/coffee/milk, fluffy towels, hair dryer, coat hangers. Perfect location for us as a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to family that we were visiting. Next to Sainsburys and Aldi for anything you might need. Had breakfast nearby at Comida Eatery - excellent food at very reasonable prices. Also Indian, Chinese and Greek restaurants close by and Walton Vale a 20 min walk for lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Train station close by for easy access into the city centre.

Parking was a little tight.

Our Host Anne couldn't have been lovelier. Called as soon as the booking was made to confirm our arrangements and then followed up day before arrival. Made sure we knew how to get in and everything was ready, even turned the heating on for us. Upon arrival she had left a note welcoming us and that because we arrived late at night she had left us sandwiches and cookies! Couldn't have asked for a better host.

Everything!! Ann, my new favourite Evertonian was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Primarily we were visiting Liverpool for an Everton match and I'd left parking round Hill Dickinson a little late so couldn't get near - Ann very kindly offered for us to leave our car (following check out) at the pub so we could arrange a stress-free uber 🙌 The apartments Gorgeous, warm & toasty, lovely & clean and modern too!! I'd definitely recommend this little Liverpool gem...And the Apartment too!! Lovely touch aswell leaving our Son, Isaac some Everton goodies - Thankyou again Ann🥰xx

"Wonderful caring host who goes the extra mile !"

The owner Anne was extreemly lovely and helpful I had rented the apartment for three of the performers at my wedding and was alittle worried if they would find it Anne was fantastic she went over everything with me THEN went over everything with the performers truly lovely she even sent a wedding card what a lovely lovely lady Just someone who goes the extra mile and the apartment was amazing

Spacious and clean. Good kitchen size and a nice table to eat.

It was not advertised that it was second floor with no elevator which can be exhausting for some people and the parking is off road but in front of a pub
