Prince Arthur Apartment

Well equipped and very clean apartment.

The apartment was lovely it had everything we needed, the beds were lovely and comfy, lovely decor. And the host was lovely and was there to help with any problems 😀 we would definitely stay here again x

Nothing to dislike!

Unfortunately nothing

We had a phone call on the morning of our stay from Anne to confirm it was ready for us and we were so excited. I was travelling with my autistic 10 year old son alone for work. When we arrived at the apartment the key was not in the lock box, Anne gave us the spare but on entering it was already occupied apparently an issue meant it was double booked. I was absolutely terrified in the dark with my son who was already not coping with the change. In a city we aren't familiar with either. Anne came out to us and she did find alternative accommodation in her B&B for the night but it wasn't what we booked. We booked the apartment for privacy and ended up with a shared bathroom which caused issues for my 10 year old. After the upset neither of us really slept and it did ruin our time in Liverpool and I was happy to get home. Anne however is a really lovely kind person she could see how upset I was coming out even with being unwell. She even showed me that my booking was there ...yet I didn't get to stay in the apartment. I have requested a refund and after being told it was unlikely I am awaiting reply and help from bookings.com 🤞
