Sunrise Villa Apartment

The place is quite and very peaceful

We never got welcomed by anyone , we didn't even see the receptionist that was mentioned on the property details . Checking in was a bit complicated as the number given was not opening the gate as written. We only found out onthe property that we need to pay extra for room service

Check in.. The name provided when booking was Sunrise Beach Appartment, the GPS took us to Sunrise Villa Appartment, we explained to the guard at the entrance that we booked at Sunrise Beach and asked if he knew where was Sunrise Beach Appartment, he didn't, we went around endlessly after 20h00 at the night, when we called I was told it was the same place 😡 The guards are unfriendly and unhelpful he couldn't explain clearly where the unit was and the parking. We had to figure it out, the parking bay numbers are not visible at night. Too many stairs to carry out luggage. One day when arriving back at the units, there was a vehicle at the entrance, the guard asked us to enter via the exit side, on Friday the remote wasn't working to enter, so I opened the exit to enter, the guard was rude, and when he tried the remote he allowed us to enter via the exit. The bath requires attention.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The view was nice and the complex and the area was safe. The shops and the flea market is near. Overall a great stay.👍😘

I didn't know how to use the stove. I Googled it, but it would have been easier if there was instructions.

Accommodation is very tired Bath towels and bedding are tired
