Firefly Season Glamping

We enjoyed the privacy as well as the wifi.

The bed was horrible, we actually checked out a day early due to not being able to handle the bed for another night.

It was unique and charming

Well, when we arrived the water was frozen and the breaker tripped and couldn’t be reset. I messaged the owners and they were quite accommodating. They upgraded us to the cabin next door, free of charge. They were so nice and very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be staying again.

We experienced a challenging situation during our first night's stay, encountering difficulties with the cold weather and a malfunctioning heater in our tent. Unfortunately, the provided instructions for the heater were unclear, leading to a chilly night. Additionally, the incorrect wifi details left us without internet connectivity, and being in an area with no service made it challenging to contact the owner promptly. However, after establishing communication with the host the following day, they promptly addressed our concerns, ensuring we had access to both wifi and proper heating, greatly improving our experience for the remaining days of our stay. While the initial night posed challenges, we sincerely appreciate the host's responsiveness and assistance. We kindly suggest that future guests are provided with comprehensive details about the facilities to enhance their overall experience. Thank you for your understanding.

We liked the concept of this place. A yurt in Tennessee seemed like a fun experience. The bed looked comfortable and I liked how they included heated blankets. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We had many issues with our stay but it could’ve been so much worse if the hosts weren’t as apologetic and gave us a full refund, so I very much appreciate them and hope our experience was just a fluke.

When we arrived we found that the yurt was in someone’s backyard pretty much. We further discovered rat poop in the cabinets (which I get, you’re in a tent) but this hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time kind of poop. It was all over the utensils. The dishes were dirty as well with coffee grounds still in the mugs. Then we tried to shower only to find the water didn’t work nor was the plumbing connected. Then we found the TV didn’t work. We contacted the hosts who were very kind and responsive. They gave us a full refund and we ended up staying somewhere else.

The location was very nice

The contact is always a good thing but being to in contact is annoying while trying to enjoy your stay . Kinda pricey for no more than it is and the privacy with a camera right on the porch watching every step or move you make is kinda disturbing and disappointing. You have all you need for a weekend stay and I understand cleaning up after yourself but the extreme charging is a little much . When I looked at the drain there was little hairs .Also one of the shampoos in the room had been used and left out .Depending on your check in time I think the outside lights could be left on more welcoming .

Seclusion- bed and pillow comfortable

The shower faucet was not clean, it was very cold, but I brought my sleeping bag. I only stayed overnight and thought that it was too expensive

Was a really neat place to stay. So much better than a motel. Owner was very nice and willing to do whatever was needed. Great place to take your lady for a weekend getaway.

The bed is very firm, it is also really close to the road so you heard any traffic going by.
