Lokalita v samotném centru, metro a autobus v dosahu. Byt v posledním patře, který je velmi dobře zabezpečený a krásná velká terasa, na letní dny značka ideál!

Dům vykazuje známky opotřebení asi už třicet let, nicméně má své kouzlo! Klasicky pavlačový dům, s výtahem, který vám zvedne tepovou frekvenci! Něco mezi romantikou a adrenalinem. V
