Nice district, a litlle bit bohemic.

The room measurements are very inaccurate; it is indicated as 40 m², but in reality, it is at best 15 m² (in total 1 room only(sic!) - separate living and bedroom is a lie). The bathroom with a WC is very small and uncomfortable - the mirror is not at eye level, you have to lift your head to see yourself, and the total area is about 1.5 m². Moreover, you need to be very careful while showering because the curtain does not sufficiently protect against water splashing. Additionally, the windows only face the courtyard, so there is no view, and the "terrace" is unusable unless you sit on the ground. In the evening, you need to watch out for mosquitoes as they fly in, and the air conditioning works very poorly, so you cannot close the windows.

La situation géographie

Le secteur n est pas très propre, pas mal de sans abris. L, extérieur (terrasse mériterai un coup de nettoyage. Les photos doivent dater. Nous avons passé 4 nuits dont deux ou nous n avons pas pu dormir avant 1h du matin il y a une boîte de nuit extérieur à côté de l appartement.

For me and my friend it was perfect but for people with children could be narrow

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Aunque la zona parece peligrosa, realmente no lo es tanto. Aunque da respeto.

Es muy pequeño el estudio. Tiene poca luz, y lo peor de todo es el olor a humedad todo el rato. Además como hay un apartamento arriba no tienes la sensación de privacidad del todo.

Que estaba cerca del centro y que la casera era agradable y respondía rapido

Que era mucho más pequeño de lo que sale en las fotos y más descuidado. Que se encuentra en una zona extraña ya que habia gente consumiendo estupefacientes a dos metros de la puerta cuando llegamos. era todo enano y en el baño apenas te podías mover y lavar los dientes. Están dos apartamentos al lado y en el de abajo cuando entraban los de arriba pasaban por las ventanas del apartamiento Olia un poco mal, teníamos que ventilar todo el tiempo porque olia a humedad. No repetiría

In general, the apartments are good for their money. There is a bed, TV, toilet, and shower, + necessary things for a couple of days like a hair dryer, kettle, and refrigerator (but pls add coffee or tea sticks as it is not convenient to buy a full pack if you're only for 2 days in the city ). The location is convenient because all the necessary places to visit are within a 15-minute walk.

But it was quite dirty, you could draw on the shelves near the bed. It was difficult to find the location of the apartment, please replace the photo of the door that you send before arrival, as it is not true (because of this, we spent almost an hour at night to find the exact door as in the photo, which was kind of annoying). If we talk about the location, then there are 2 sides to the coin: 1. yes, it's convenient, but 2. The area is not prosperous, there is dirt, garbage, and the smell of excrement everywhere. We walked at night and it was very uncomfortable because of the kind of people who were there.. we took off all our watches and jewelry and almost ran to get home faster and not see this.
