Gara menjangan homestay

This was very cheap with good air con and a comfortable bed. The owner was very helpful and arranged a driver for me when the weather was awful. The balcony was great for working and the WiFi was good.

The room could have done with a sweep and the proximity to a mosque means being woken up at 4.30am. Hardly the fault of the accommodation but worth knowing.

The shower room looks like so natural vibes. Unique experience for natural lovers.

2 beds in a room that was quite tight space for the room.

Owners were lovely. So welcoming, gave us a welcome drink of fresh fruit juice and Bali bread to try which was a lovely touch. The room was very clean and aircon worked perfectly. For what you pay, breakfast was good with a couple of different options on what you can have. Good location if you want to get a boat trip to menjangan island and go to bio rock as it’s in the middle of the two.

Wasn’t a massive issue, but the nearest warung was a 15 min walk away however, the homestay does offer food so this worked fine for us.

Family was very nice and provided us with fresh fruit several times a day. Area is beautiful. Very nice place to stay.

Room sold as 2 double beds and was small for 2 double beds. They put a mattress on the floor.

This is the best place I’ve stayed at in Bali. Great rooms, clean bathrooms, and homey feel. Juna and his family are great and you feel like part of the family. They can help you with anything you need. Such great value here too. Please stay here if visiting the area

we loved the stay at Gara's homestay:) the price is perfect for what you get and the help from the staff is super nice :) we were initially surprised at how low the price was but everything was amazing, even past our expectations :)
