Dzīvoklis liels, tīrs, jaunas mēbeles, ir viss nepieciešamais. Pašā dzīvoklī viss lieliski.

Terase nesakopta, daudz lapu. Blakus kapsēta. Un, ja iekšpusē tika konstatēti daži zirnekļi, tad vakarā ārpusē to ir daudz, nebūtu patīkami uzturēties ārā. Zirnekļu dēļ nebija arī vēlme vērt vaļā logus, tāpēc naktī bija karsti. Vērtējums par pašu apsrtamentu, nevis par to, kas ir aiz tā, jo to noteikti ir iespējams uzlabot.
