The location is good as its by the beach and also easy access as its very close to the main road

Very noisy as the café with an open seating is located right outside the room, plus I think the kitchen was just next to my room. Also no permanent/full time staff manning the reception counter, wanted to check out earlier at 10.00 but the reception was closed with shutter down. Another minus point was the towel, its too small and probably suitable for kids not adult. The location is very strategic, close to beach and quite close to Kuantan town too but a lot to be improved.
