Really central location, close to town centre and local transport. Lovely view of river. Clear instructions along with a video of how to find the keys and get into the apartment

The bedroom window shutter didn’t go down the full way and the bar on the Saturday had an event on with loud music but was fine the rest of the time, so wasn’t an issue.

Piękny apartment, niesamowity widok z balkonu. W apartamencie wszystko co potrzebne, przestronne pomieszczenia, wygodnie, czysto i bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem apartamentu! Super lokalizacja.

Хорошая локация, красивый вид и уютный балкон. Видно, что квартира достаточно новая, хорошая кухня (есть масло, чай, кофе). Круто, что есть стиральная машинка :)

Очень много муравьев! Они везде: в ванне, в коридоре и даже в спальне (даже в кровати). Они лезут из-за под дырки в стене на полу и таким образом проникают на кровать. Нам даже пришлось двигать кровать в другой угол комнаты, чтобы спать в спокойствии. Условные полотенца или зубную щетка просто невозможно оставить лежать в ванной, так как за ночь они заползают туда. Также в квартире очень громко! Мы слышали как соседи ночью за стеной просто разговаривали (не кричали), просто говорили.

Obiekt czysty, dobrze wyposażony, komfortowy, cichy, z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (blisko do centrum, sklepu, promu, stacji kolejowej).

Apartment was around ten minutes walk to the centre of Lecco, with lovely views over the river leading into Lake Como from the balcony. Bedroom was spacious, bed was comfy, plenty of storage and the washing machine was a bonus.

We stayed in over ten different accomodations during our 7 week trip, we experienced issues, while not exactly major, we did not experience anywhere else. The online check in experience was long and laborious, other properties in Italy we simply sent the pics of our passports. We were informed if we had any issues, to contact the property manager via WhatsApp, still waiting on a reply. To be fair, when we then contacted through Booking.com, we did at least get answers. We reported there was only one wine glass (as other reviews have pointed out), we were told they would try and drop more in the next day. We were there for 4 nights, never happened. There was no guide book for the apartment or surrounding area, and we could not find WiFi details anywhere. These were supplied again via booking.com messages, however WiFi did not work, we were told must be a network problem, although again no one checked, or they would have seen this was because there was only a power wire going into the router, and no connection to the network. There was a real shortage of kitchen utensils, and walls needed a freshen up, there were a lot of black scuff marks on them. The sofa was hard and uncomfortable to sit on very any great length of time. Given the lengthy paperwork, and security deposit required to check in, we had much higher hopes for the apartment than which were delivered, overall, the place just felt basic and unloved.
