The apartment and surrounding is very quiet and tranquil. The bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Everything worked well. Spacious apartment made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. You need a car, but there are supermarkets and shops close by and it was a great base to explore northern Tuscany from. Great views across the valley too. Photos on booking.com are a true and accurate representation of the apartment we stayed in. Host communicated well and responded quickly.

The shower struggled to maintain a consistent temperature and the hot water took a while to get up to sufficient warmth. Everything worked, and water got hot, it was just a bit fiddly. Water is very hard in the area and the taps seem to have scaled up too.

The property looks new, authentic and tidy, in a wonderful position just above Poggibonsi. It’s super quiet and private with space for parking the car in front of the house and an amazing view.

There’s nothing really wrong but the property could benefit from a couple of mirrors and a few hooks in the room as well as a toaster. At the time of our visit the coffee machine was under repair, which was a shame although we had the “napoletana”.

A beautiful location, overlooking Poggibonsi and the surrounding villages. A very well-equipped property with numerous original features complete the Tuscan villa experience. Our host could not have done any more for us, and was exceptional in the service they provided and was free for contact when required. 100% would stay here again.

The property is adjacent to a small building site, extending the property, however for the few days we were there, we saw no building activity at all, and this did not detract from the vacation.
