Although on first arriving we thought it was very close to main house we found it to be very private and quiet. The main living area is spacious and has all modern facilities, the rooms were immaculately clean and warm and we have had a very comfortable stay. Our hosts, respected our privacy but had been very attentive to our needs whilst we were organising our trip. Thanks x

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped with a good shower, good WiFi and designated off road parking. Easy check in and great communication with the hosts. Really enjoyed my 4 nights at the Lodge whilst working nearby. Very quiet area but everything you need shop wise within a 10 min drive. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We've just arrived home from a lovely 2 nights mini-break in this lodge. It was very dog-friendly, cosy & warm, very clean and had everything we could possibly need and more. The check in process was great, with very clear communication from start to finish. One of the highlights of our stay was listening to the owl hooting whilst we were stargazing at 3am (absolutely perfect). We would love to stay again.

There was nothing not to like. Everything was brilliant.

Everything was great - the lodge was lovely, clean and spacious. Had everything you could need. It was also very warm even in the depths of winter. The owners were great at communicating and the instructions for finding the lodge/checking in were easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great set up, lovely and warm once heating on for about 10 minutes. Shower was hot & had great pressure. Comfy bed.

Nothing…..decking was slippy after the rain but I was warned in advance of this by Katy & Leon.
