BRThe location is very good only walk-in from the railway station and very close to the Bharatpur sanctuary. All the basic amenities are there in the room. The food is super good and the staff are very polite. Vinod ji will always be there to help and guide through parks and places around. All the services provided were very good.

DEWe had an exemplary stay here and i daresay that there was little to be complaining about, especially the service here probably deserves a 6 out of 5. Not only did they take care of my broken backpack, but also fixed holes in my sweatshirt and arranged tuk tuks for our transportation. The manager spoke great English and warm water was given every morning. The rooms themselves are fine and comfy, there is a nice rooftop too to sit. Location is pretty close to the railway station so perfect for us. Food is being ordered here and entails only vegetarian, the prices are alright and the food is fine as well, nothing too special i would say. All in all price and value are really great i would say with bonus points for their helpful attitude here. The only small complaint is that our room at the balcony had no wifi so we had to go into the lobby all the time, over there it is quite fast though. Would come back if I visit the region again.
