Η τοποθεσία.

Η ντουζιέρα θα μπορούσε να κλείνει καλύτερα καθώς η κουρτίνα είναι κοντή και βγαίνουν τα νερά έξω. Τα κουφώματα χρειάζονται αλλαγή και ίσως το σπίτι να γίνει λίγο πιο ζεστό σε διακόσμηση.

The only good thing was that the location that was near the centre, where we walked for most of the day due to the atmosphere in the aforementioned apartment.

The actual apartment and the pictures provided have less in common than West and East Berlin during the Cold war! The furniture changed from what you see in the pictures, windows locked with locks and padlocks ( only the bedroom terrace windows could be opened ), single dim lightbulb in every room in the chandeliers resonating more with a monastery cell in a remote convent. A man, devoted to the servitude to God will have a great stay, provided that prior to that they came from a life of solitude in a remote and lonely cave. Every single room smelled of the elderly in a nursing home and cooked food, provided that the latter probably came from the neighbors, not the actual apartment. The floors were plushly lined with the finest of linoleum money can buy ( the pictures make it look like wood or laminate ). To top that the AC ( we stayed in December of 2025 ) in the living room did not want to start at all so we stayed in the bedrooms , where there has heat from the wall mounted AC units.

Centrally located, but in a quiet side road. Opposite a small minimarket for the small daily needs. Near to the white tower of Thessaloniki. Very close a nice Bakery & coffee shop for breakfast. Close to the sea promenade and also to city center (15 min walk to Aristotelis place)

No free parking place, but there is a park house in the sideroad before the apartment.

The location is great and the apartment is spacious. The host is super nice and very helpful.
