Didn’t get to stay as our altered booking failed.

They request a 100 pound security deposit, which was not disclosed until a few days before the booking. They requested we txt our bank details to them and the refund would allegedly happen several weeks later. We did not want to give our bank details as it all felt dodgy and objected to the fact we had to pay the security deposit at all. We couldn’t get a refund for the booking when we refused to pay the security deposit. Also, they mislead us when we had extended our booking, and when we arrived there was no room available.

Would not recommend or stay here again. A lot of hassle getting them to refund my deposit. Flat doors have security arms so doors are banging all night.

Deposit has to be paid via direct bank transfer! They dont want to return the deposit. I sent countless SMS and emails .It took almost two week to get my deposit back. They ignore you and hope you will forget about it. Plenty of good hotels in Bradford without the hassle and worry .

I will never recommend this place to friends and family. I will be reporting this place to the police and I will never be using booking.com for hotels ever in my life. I was threatened by staff, I was also offered drugs when I entered the room, the rooms were disgusting and dirty. There was smell of drugs in the apartment and rooms.
