Central Bradford location. Helpfulness of the cleaner to assist me.

I should of received a key code and lockbox access code before arrival. This did not occur. Fortunately another resident was entering and a cleaner came to my assistance who phoned to get what i required. Despite the advert for the rooms clearly stating no parties etc...one of the other rooms weas playing loud music till the early hours of the morning. The apartment has an extensive kitchen range but no supporting pots, pans etc.

Location was not desirable at all,no parking information till after booking,bed was really uncomfortable,apartment needs some repairs and the atmosphere was intense,definitely won't be returning!!!!

A little more cutlery. Otherwise it was very nice. Clean and comfortable.

The property had a modern look to it and really good features like the mirror in the bathroom which had Bluetooth connectivity and the Jacuzzi was really nice. The property was clean and minimal.

Very clean, comfortable sofa and tv had everything on it. Nice and warm. Had a nice time.

Bed was uncomfortable, one side of the bed is broken or needs looking into. As it was too low compared to the tight side. The cooker’s buttons were hard to press. Someone kept pressing our ringing our room at a silly time at night trying to get in. She was shouting and banging on the front door. Internet kept going off and single was bad.

The bed was really comfortable and a nice cute setup smell of the the rooms was refreshing

A lot of personal information is needed just to get confirmation, felt very uncomfortable and unsecure handing over ID and bank details to random emails. nd numbers. Hosts were unhelpful on the day. Info was out of date so the door code didnt work, number was out of service was was stranded but thankfully they replied on booking through messages. area is unsafe so did not feel comfortable waiting there for a reply. The SMELL was terrible, im not sure if they have smoking rooms but there is a strong smell throughout the property, a mixture of sewage and smoke. Rooms are not soundproof The room itself was okay , was not totally clean, the oven hobs were smashed in so couldnt heat anything up. Sofa was so gross and had a ciggette burn on it. There was random stains on the walls/ blinds were torn up. Felt like an absolute beg trying to get deposit back.

Clean apartment, great jacuzzi, food places nearby, parking nearby. Perfect location in the middle of the town. No complaints at all.
