Sweet Snuggle Sanctuary

The places was clean and the images represented exactly what the place looked like. The contact person is always online for any queries and assistance. Facilities were all in good condition. Closer to the mall and allows for food deliveries on the door step.

Wifi connection was sometimes down which meant we couldn't watch anything on the TV, leaving us to use our phones for entertainment.

The location was good in terms of security and safety.

I like everything about the place,the pool,atmosphere and the view...

The was nothing I didn't like at all.

The wifi was unstable and at some point it was depleted and we had to tell the Host which took time for it to be back up. There is a point where we were stuck outside the gate because of not being provided with a pin code to enter the premises. Tried phoning the host but the phone went straight to voicemail and eventually he answered my message via booking after we made peace with the fact that we were going to sleep outside the gate. I got accused of stealing towels by the host and no matter how much I said I didnt take them he didn't believe me and that was sad.

Thayiy is on the very top floor,and carrying your bags up is alot.

The place was well decorated and furnished and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Wi fi had poor connectivity.. Everything else was perfect.
