Keramas Moonlight Villa

Beautiful property in a nice spot. Local restaurants nearby and the staff were really nice. Property is built super well and we had no issues staying there during the Bali floods. We had a wedding at Komune and this was the perfect place to stay for it - super close by.

There were a lot of ants in the room and some of the breakfast options were not available during our stay.

Really good spot close to the beach awesome little pool and great clean and well maintained rooms . All the staff and owner John are all fantastic people !

Very comfortable big in a big room with tasteful decor, attention to detail, full length mirror, lots of wardrobe space, big bathroom, lovely clean pool, close to beach

Saloon doors into bathroom and blind only between bathroom and living area, air con didn't cool the room at all, staff could be friendlier

air-con is not good, it's very hot... i was sweaty in sleep i need a place to stay before race, so my expectations are that it should be comfortable. i checked in at 21 pm and left to race at 3 am, and I have to check out before 12 pm Yes i did checking the air con before i went to sleep , and when i woke up in the middle of the night i did check the remote once again. its not my first time to have a room with the air condition. Yes i know the regulation of check out time at 12.00 , but i am asking for another extra 1 hour , but the staff said no since there will be another customer coming, but i waited till 2 pm but nobody coming, anyway i know its your right to do that. The reason i back lated to the hotel because the traffic was very bad , and i believed that whoever wanted to come the hotel must be stucked in traffic

El alojamiento estaba limpio y la decoración era bonita.

Llegamos al alojamiento a las 20:45 y le preguntamos si seguía abierta la cocina y nos dijeron que no podíamos pedir porque cerraban a las 21:00 entonces fuimos a una pizzería que hay al lado y pedimos pizzas para llevar. Al llegar al hotel le preguntamos a una de las trabajadoras si podíamos tomarnos las pizzas en las mesas del restaurante y nos dijo que sí y seguidamente vino un hombre,que parecía el dueño, y nos dijo que no podíamos comer comida de fuera allí que nos fuésemos a la habitación. Sin embargo, en la habitación no había mesas ni sillas por lo que tuvimos que comernos la pizza sentados en las escaleras de la puerta. No nos gustó nada el trato.

Value for money, great location. The British owner is always around and is customer focussed. Runs a great little team of Balinese workers. Good vibe peaceful place.

Bathroom door was a shutter. Not great for privacy if you are sharing with 2 people
