The apartment was clean, convenient and meet all the expectations. The host was wonderful and accommodating. I would recommend staying at Buxton Point. it is close to town and also Nyali. I had such a great time at the apartment. I have found a place to stay when am in Mombasa County.

They have lied to me and used the power when they saw us we were not from Kenya and we from they even asked us more many it was they owner lady she very rude and aggressively come into our rooms without even knocking the door or giving us som calls or anything on behalf of booking i have booked so many hotels from booking and airbnb and apartment and this is the worst experience I had my wife is 7 months pregnant and they even scared her the way she called some guys for us and force of the power

I need urgent help regarding an issue with my current reservation. I booked this apartment for 5 days initially, and before confirming the booking, I had a direct and clear conversation with the host. I asked specifically if I could extend the stay to 10 days and pay the additional 5 days’ rent on July 28th (Monday). The host confirmed this multiple times, stating clearly that it was “100% okay.” I also double-checked before paying, and I have a voice recording of our conversation confirming the agreement. Now, after staying for the initial 5 days, the host is suddenly saying that his “boss” didn’t approve the arrangement and is pressuring me to leave or pay early, which was never part of our agreement. This change feels very dishonest and unsettling, especially after we made a clear agreement in good faith. I’m still willing to pay the agreed amount on July 28th, as discussed. I feel like the host is going back on our agreement and trying to take advantage of the situation. I’m requesting immediate support to resolve this and ensure I am not unfairly forced out or penalized.
