Shower in bad condition as the water was spraying straight to the face from a small hole on the wall.

I have not received my invoice. The first time the owner said in Italy there is no invoice but only a receipt, however, my colleagues who stayed in other hotels all received the formal invoices. The second time the owner said that I paid in advance, and one more time the owner said because I booked personally not for a company. I need my invoice!!! I have consulted the lawyer and contacted the owner again, now waiting for the following response.
