Excellent location, like 5 minutes walk from Quattro Canti, and all major spots are within 15-20 minutes walk. The apartments are very nice, clean and tastefully furbished. Erica and Francesco are very helpful hosts, they organized a safe parking place and the ZTL permit for our rented car, gave us recommendations for markets and restaurants. The google maps link to the parking place and the smart process description how to enter the house and the apartment was great help to make our arrival easy. Mille grazie, Erica.

Though the prepaid breakfast in the nearby Casa Stagnitta was good, for unknown reason the staff was pretty unfriendly, which is very rare in Sicily and in general in Italy. Francesco will sort out this little annoyance.

At the arrival we had a small problem with the boiler and no hot water but they come in a couple of minutes and all was fixed. The hot tub was nice. It was really warm.

It was a smell of cigarettes. We advice to put something as it is in reception for a better smell inside the room. It is some noise from outside but for us it wasn't a problem.

Posizione eccezionale! Camera spaziosa e la presenza della vasca è davvero un plus! Nessun problema con la rumorosità menzionata in altre recensioni. Per chi ha il sonno leggero al massimo bastano dei tappi. Consigliamo la struttura anche per la pulizia e per Erica! Presenza discreta e super disponibile. Prenotate ad occhi chiusi non ve ne pentirete!!!
