The cleanliness of the room. The check in was a smooth process. Friendly staff and helpful.

The bathroom exhaust was very noisy and smelled of mold needs better cleaning. The beds were not comfy at all the bed springs were hurting us.

Location is the main attraction, rooms are small but very neat and clean.

Bit expensive, they charge almost 4 star rates.

We stayed in the Executive King Room for 9 nights. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was decent though it doesn’t have much selection.

The bathroom always has a sewage stench to it even if they clean it everyday. They need to renovate their bathrooms for a better experience. My bad experience was with a staff who contacted me using my personal phone number after I checked out. I felt unsafe as it was a breach on my personal information. They need to train their staff to be professional and keep client’s personal information safe.
