Ubicación, apartamento espacioso y bien equipado. Es bonito.

El apartamento no estaba muy limpio, las sabanas tenían alguna mancha, ventanas y cortinas sucias. El armario de la habitación huele mal. Este apartamento necesita una limpieza a fondo y mejor mantenimiento.

"Da migliorare ma con tante potenzialità"

Stanza ampia e veramente in una posizione ottimale. Una volta sistemate delle piccole cose è spettacolare ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Da migliorare: -dalle 5 in poi impossibile dormire per mezzi di pulizia strade e camion- suggerisco vetri insonorizzati. - sistemare suppellettili rovinate e fare manutenzione ( lampada, poltrone); - sistemare intonaco su soffitto ( perdita probabile) e muffa sotto condizionatore; - sistemare TV in quanto non si vedeva nulla di basilare digitale terrestre. Riprogrammare canali; - mettere luci adeguate- completamente inadeguate rispetto alla stanza senza luce centrale allora aggiungere più punti luce; - doccia in stanza - mai vista ma degustibus- mettere un paravento che possa permettere privacy. Non esistono solo coppiette ma a che amiche di viaggio: - visto che c'è la doccia in stanza poteva essere utile un bidet al bagno. - specchio lungo gradito. Tengo a precisare che sono suggerimenti che con poco rendono molto più godibile la vacanza. Grazie.
