Prestige Suite Sirmione

Fantastic location right in the middle of old town Sermione, gelato, shopping and restaurants right at your doorstep.

The patio didn’t have the fir you’re shown it was just sun loungers. The bathroom was a separate room outside your bedroom. Lastly, not specific to this property but getting taxis is a nightmare, there are never any available so transport to and from train station is difficult.

The bed was very uncomfortable; despite being listed as a double bed, they had simply pushed two single beds together. The room wasn't clean—the furniture was very old and the walls were filthy—and the planters on the terrace were full of cigarette butts and trash, making the terrace unusable. The bathroom situation was unacceptable; you had to walk through the stairwell corridor to reach it. Inside the room, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the water itself was very unclean. This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed
