The room was a great size, with all the amenities that you would need on a short stay and more. Pricing was fair although parking should have been included in the price of the booking. The staff member who checked us in was a friendly gentleman. The hotel itself is nice and clean and in a fantastic location. It's quite a noisy area as it is next to student accommodation but we were made aware of this at the time of booking and it didn't bother us but if you need peace and quiet to be able to sleep, it probably wouldn't be the best place to stay.

The lady on the reception desk in the evening/night was rude and did not engage with anyone entering or exiting the hotel and the parking should have been included in the booking fee

Really good location, right next to Rock City

The car park is under the building and needs opening from reception - there was minimal signage about this. Once checkout time has passed, your key card won't open the garage, so good to add extra time to leave if you're in a car
