Decent location, really helpful staff.

Quite a noisy location right next to a night club. Blue light in the window that curtains didn't block out and I couldn't turn off. Room next to the guest laundry that had a dryer that was alarming for a filter clean at 1am.

The location was perfect as I had training at the venue over the road. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, sorting out a problem with my booking process. Making me feel at ease throughout sorting it all out. The room was lovely, I was able to cook dinner and eat in comfort, the cutlery however was in a drawer within the top drawer (kind of like a secret drawer) that some may not realise is there. Once found, everything I needed to cook my dinner was there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were lovely. The anti fog section in the mirror was a great idea.

There were no lights on at the bottom of the stairwell and I couldn't work out how to switch them on, but there was enough natural light further up, which filtered down so it wasn't really a problem.
